These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Matta Harmonia mobile application ("the App," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. The Service
Matta Harmonia is a period and cycle tracking application that provides logging, predictions, insights, reminders, and related wellness features. Some features are offered free of charge; others require a paid subscription (see Section 4).
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any PIN or authentication you set.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal
Matta Harmonia Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription:
- Plans & pricing: Monthly (US$3.99/month) and Yearly (US$34.99/year), or the price shown in your local currency at purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Managing & cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Free trials / introductory offers: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds: Purchases are handled by Google Play or Apple and are subject to their refund policies. We do not separately process payments or refunds.
5. Rewarded Ads & Temporary Access
The App may let you watch an advertisement to unlock premium features temporarily (for example, 24 hours), subject to limits we set. Temporary access is provided "as is" and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Ads are served by Google AdMob and are subject to your advertising consent choices.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
- Do not use the App for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the App's security or operation.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, content, and trademarks, is owned by Matta Harmonia and its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Your Data & Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. You retain ownership of the data you enter and can export or delete it at any time.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the App and its users. Subscription terms in Section 4 continue to apply to amounts already due.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that predictions will be accurate.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matta Harmonia and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in-app. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App publisher is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
